SERVICES
DUE DILIGENCE / FEASIBILITY STUDY
No two sites are the same. Before you purchase a property or commit to starting a new project, we can help you assess the development potential of the site, identify site constraints and possible solutions, and estimate costs to assist your decision-making.
PROJECT MANAGEMENT
Working collaboratively with the other specialist consultants and stakeholders involved in project delivery is a major part of what we do. Talk to us about how we can tailor our services around your project’s specific needs throughout the project cycle.
ENGINEERING DESIGN AND CONSENTING
Engineering is what we do. From Resource Consent application, right through to Engineering Plan Approval, Vehicle Crossing Permit and Building Consent, our experienced team has a good working relationship with the Councils and other local authorities to ensure your project is delivered as efficiently and quickly as possible.
CONSTRUCTION MONITORING AND COMPLIANCE
We undertake construction monitoring of our own designs (and sometimes others too) and can provide the necessary certifications to the Council’s and other local authorities’ requirements.
